This happened after the update as well as after clearing the cache too.įor refernece, I have MSFS installed on a M.2 SSD, but any 'written stuff' (swap file, Desktop, Temp Folder, etc.), I keep on a traditional HDD to extend the lifespan of the SSD. While I did not time it when I would start it, it seemed to 'hang' for about 2-3 minutes, then I would terminate it.

The logic behind that, is if MSFS is failing to connect to those sites, the new version of your mod may be ALSO be trying to connect to those sites and failing, thus causing the 'hang'.Ä¡27.0.0.1 kh.ssl.ak. I 'REM'ed' out those two 'map mod' entries and it did fix the lost internet connection stuff, but did nothing for your program hanging. And EXTREMELY poor FPS (45 FPS -> 6 FPS). What was happening is about every 5 minutes, a 'Lost Internet Connection' messages would come up. As it was running in 'non-admin mode', I suspect I had to add those two entries by hand. Being so long ago, I do not remember if I had to add those manually or your program did it automatically. I did a little 'digging' and I saw where some people where having a similar issue as me and it suggested that it was the entries added to the HOSTS file required by your mod (at one time). After it failed, I did run it in 'Admin Mode' and it made no difference. I did not put it in my post originally, I did NOT have it running in 'Admin Mode' this time nor in the past.
